Chamelaucium ciliatum – Stirling Wax

A lovely medium shrub with small, green aromatic leaves and masses of pretty, white wax flowers, aging to dark pink. This attractive and hardy shrub grows from 0.4m to 1m high in full sun or part shade, and is drought and frost tolerant. Looks lovely in rockeries and low shrubberies, flowering for most of the year. It grows in a variety of soils, including well-drained gravelly clay loam, clay loam, sandy loam and sandy clay. Origin – common in wheatbelt and south coast.
