A low, rounded shrub with unusual tangled, curly leaves and yellow-brown flower heads. This hardy shrub provides interest and a good foliage contrast in the garden. The flowers are produced from late winter to early summer, somewhat hidden under the leaves. It grows to 0.5m H on sandy loam, sandy clay and gravelly soils. Origin – South-west Jarrah and Banksia open forest and woodland.
