Isopogon buxifolius

A medium, upright shrub with thick, rounded leaves, stout, fleshy stems and pale pink and cream pixie-mop flower heads. A hardy plant with that can flower from autumn to early summer and attracts birds and insects. Tolerates moderate drought and frost and is low maintenance. It prefers full sun and grows in sand, sandy loam, sandy gravel, gravelly loam and clay loam in dry or winter-wet sites. Threatened Flora. Origin – Denmark – Albany
