Melaleuca radula – Graceful Honeymyrtle

A medium, open shrub with narrow leaves and attractive cerise-pink to light pink bottlebrush flowers with yellow tips. This beautiful shrub flowers in winter and spring will brighten any garden as a feature shrub, along a creekline or in a mixed shrubbery. It can grow from 1m to 2m tall and 2m wide in full sun or part shade and will attract nectar feeders. It is moderately drought tolerant and grows on sandy loam, gravelly loam, clay loam, sandy gravel and around granite outcrops. Prune after flowering to maintain a more compact shape.
